Boards may change with the season but they always include three types of charcuterie, four types of cheese, grapes, olives, crackers, pickled items, dried fruit, and preserve.

CHARCUTERIE TABLE

Charcuterie tables are the perfect centrepiece of a large gathering.  Portion sizes can be customizable to allow the charcuterie to be offered as a snack or a meal replacement.

Six-foot table is ideal for 30-40 people: $700
Twelve-foot table is ideal for 60 plus people: $1,200 

VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN GRAZE

$20 per person

vegetable crudités, fresh fruit, dried fruit, olives, pickled items, nuts, cheese (or vegan cheese), house-made hummus.

BRUNCH BOARD

$30 per person

The perfect way to spend a relaxed morning is with Dybosia's brunch board. Items may vary based on chef's selection but typically include house-made buttermilk & asiago biscuits, buttermilk waffles, fruit preserve, chantilly cream, smoked salmon, capers, dill scented cream cheese, fresh fruit, and devilled eggs.

CHARCUTERIE CONES

$7.50 each

Charcuterie cones are the perfect alternative to the classic graze board, allowing guests to graze on the go. A minimum of half a dozen must be ordered.
