COOKING CLASSES

COOKING CLASS DETAILS

Join me in Dybosia’s kitchen or host your experience at a location of your choice. Each class runs approximately 3.5 hours and includes a full dining experience to enjoy with your guests.

You’ll be welcomed with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine and a cheese board to enjoy throughout the class. Guests are also welcome to bring additional beverages.

Select your preferred menu and work together to prepare a three-course meal, with all recipes, ingredients, tools, and step-by-step instruction provided. Aprons are available for use during the class, and each guest will take home a recipe package to recreate the experience.

 

Classes are priced at $120 per guest in Dybosia’s kitchen or $140 per guest at your chosen location. Returning guests receive a 20% discount.

 

Classes are best suited for groups of 6–8 guests, though other group sizes can be accommodated. They are perfect for gatherings of friends, couples, or corporate team-building experiences.

 

Classes in Dybosia’s kitchen are held Monday through Thursday from 5:30–9:00 PM, which includes time to relax and enjoy your meal after the instructional portion. Daytime classes may be available upon request. Off-site classes are offered any day of the week.

Coastal Citrus 

Bright, fresh, and full of technique, this class brings coastal flavours to life. You’ll learn how to build a perfectly balanced salad with pickled fennel and craft juicy shrimp burgers from scratch. We’ll also tackle soft, fluffy house-made buns, silky lemon aioli, and a vibrant guacamole. The class finishes with a classic lemon posset, where you’ll explore the science of citrus and cream.

Southeast Asian Fusion 

A bold, flavour-packed class focused on balance and depth. Learn how to build umami-rich dressings, properly marinate and sear flank steak, and create perfectly textured vermicelli noodles infused with soy, coconut and chili. This class emphasizes layering flavour, knife skills, and protein cookery.

Handmade Pasta Workshop

An experience focused on craftsmanship, you’ll learn to make fresh pasta dough from scratch and shape it into ravioli, tortellini, or fettuccine. Craft a sauce of your choice, from rich pancetta rosé to truffle cream or classic spicy meat ragù, while mastering timing and balance. The class ends with a rich chocolate mousse topped with an amaretto blueberry reduction.

Atelier Bistro 

Refined yet approachable, this class focuses on restaurant-level techniques. Learn how to properly sear salmon for a crisp exterior and tender center, create ultra-creamy polenta, and brighten dishes with a fresh herb sauce. You’ll also build a layered, balanced salad and finish with a delicate sponge cake.

Street Tacos

A vibrant, hands-on class celebrating fresh, bold flavours. You’ll craft and cook homemade tortillas, build layered salsas, and learn quick pickling techniques. Master perfectly cooked shrimp and assemble tacos with bright, punchy toppings for the ultimate street-style experience.
