This long grain wild rice has been sustainably grown, harvested, and flown out of a remote lake just north of Jaclyn's hometown in Northwestern Ontario by Flying Wild Rice Co. This lake has been inhabited by a longtime friend's Indigenous family for generations. The wild rice offers a nutty flavour with ample texture and boasts a multitude of protein, fibre, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. This wild rice has been blended with organic shiitake mushrooms grown locally in Huron County by Weth Mushrooms and dried sage grown locally and organically by Lune Forest Gardens.
